Ted Crawford was born and raised in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn, NY. Ted graduated from Bushwick High School and later, the State University of New York at Oswego with a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing. While attending the State University of New York at Oswego Ted became a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.

Ted developed a passion for event planning while serving as the Events Coordinator and Social Director for Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. As a result, Ted made a name for himself since his days at the State University of New York at Oswego.

Upon graduation, Ted returned to Brooklyn, NY in 1990 to further pursue his career goals. After securing gainful employment Ted continued to pursue his passion for hosting quality events from in the New York City area.

Ted had a new brainchild named Assorted Flavors Entertainment and recruited his loyal, trustworthy, professional friend and colleague named Andrew “Dru” Lyttle to partner with him. In 1999 Ted’s close friend and Fraternity brother Arley C. Pressley returned to New York City from Syracuse, NY where he was promoting events. Joining Assorted Flavors Entertainment was a natural progression.

In 2008, during the recession Ted was struggling like most and nearly lost all of his real estate investments. Unlike some, Ted didn’t give up he decided to give multilevel marketing a shot and joined 5linx Enterprises. The 5linx opportunity actually kept Ted from losing his investment property’s provide financial support for his daughter’s college education. Ted showed “GRIT” when it counted the most.

Ted has since retired from UPS and was able to become the #1 UPS sales account executive in the US two years in a row (2021 and 2022) with total sales of $200 million dollars. It's safe to say Ted's a true Go-getter!

Ted is now focusing on building his public speaking and coaching practice.

Ted's philanthropic spirit led him to becoming one of the cofounders of a non-profit by the name of CPPO https://cppo.nyc/ who's mission is to “heal the divide” between New York Police officers and young men of color in the New York area.

Ted's hobbies are playing Basketball, Running Marathons. Among all things, Ted’s greatest joy is spending quality time with his amazing family and friends.
